Lenses are made to measure from your prescription. They cannot be resold. If the frame does not suit you: the frame can be taken back, the lenses remain at your expense. Before returning, contact us: we first try a free adjustment at the Lyon boutique — often a simple tweak is enough.
Partial refund (frame only)
If the pair you receive has a defect, does not match your order, or there has been an error on our side: we cover everything in full, including return shipping, and remake your eyewear at no charge.

This is common when adapting to new lenses (especially progressives). Before any return, book a free appointment at the Lyon boutique: our optician will check the centring, adjust the temples and can adapt the correction if needed.
