Authentic frames
All our frames come directly from manufacturers or their official distributors. Original invoice and care booklet supplied.
Secure payment
Stripe and PayPal — 3D Secure protocol required. Your card details never pass through our servers and are encrypted end-to-end.
14-day returns
For any frame on its own or non-prescription sunglasses. Specific conditions apply to custom prescription lenses (see Returns page).
Optician advice before purchase
Our qualified optician checks your prescription, recommends the right lenses and answers all your questions by phone, email or in the boutique.
In-boutique fitting
Temple adjustment, centring check, comfort fitting — free for life on every pair bought from us, at our boutique in Lyon 2.
Aftercare follow-up
A question, a moment of discomfort, a small adjustment needed? We remain available long after your purchase — our work does not end at delivery.
After-sales service
Replacement of nose pads, screws, temples and soldering: we handle small repairs directly in the boutique. For larger repairs, we coordinate with the manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranty
All our frames carry the manufacturer's warranty (usually 2 years). We manage the entire claim procedure on your behalf in the event of a defect.
Personal data protected
GDPR-compliant. Your data is never sold. Prescriptions are hosted in France. Deletion on simple request.
