Delivery options and timings

Choose the option that best suits your situation. All our parcels travel with secure transport: online tracking and insurance against loss and damage.

Timings by product type

• Frame only (no prescription lenses) — Dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours if in stock.
• Non-prescription sunglasses — Dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours if in stock.
• Prescription eyewear (custom lenses) — Estimated 5 to 10 working days depending on the complexity of your correction (single vision, progressives, special coatings).
• Out-of-stock item — Variable lead time, usually 1 to 2 weeks. Our team will contact you with a precise estimate after ordering.
• Boutique pick-up — Confirmed by email as soon as the order is ready (usually within 48h for a frame on its own).

Standard home delivery

Secure transport: tracked Colissimo, insured against loss and damage. Free from 50 € spend (4.90 € below). You receive a tracking number by email on dispatch. Delivery within metropolitan France within 48h of dispatch.

Boutique pick-up in Lyon 2

Free, at 41 rue de la Bourse, 69002 Lyon. Our optician welcomes you for fittings, personalised measurements and temple adjustments. You are notified by email as soon as your order is ready.

Secure transport

Every order ships with secure transport: parcels tracked end to end, insured against loss, theft and damage, and protected by a rigid case. If any damage is found on delivery, we reship or refund your order.

International shipping

We ship worldwide with secure transport: tracked Colissimo, insured against loss and damage. The final rate is calculated according to the destination and displayed before you confirm your order.

Zones and rates

• European Union (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland… all member states) — 9.90 €.
• Switzerland, Andorra and the French overseas departments and territories (DROM-COM) (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia…) — 9 €.
• Rest of the world, outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Norway, Turkey, North Africa, the Americas…) — 14.90 €.
• Asia, Oceania and the Indian Ocean (Japan, China, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Mauritius, Seychelles, Israel…) — 29.90 €, charged at the carrier's actual cost.

For shipments outside the European Union, delivery follows the DAP Incoterm: any customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees may be charged upon entry into the destination country and remain payable by you (see Terms and Conditions of Sale).

What happens after the order?

1. Order confirmation by email (immediate).
2. Prescription check by our optician (if prescription lenses).
3. Preparation and manufacturing according to product type.
4. Dispatch notification or notice of availability in the boutique.
5. Delivery or pick-up — complimentary on-site fitting available.
