Cleaning your glasses: the right method
The right everyday reflex:
- ✔️ First rinse with lukewarm water to remove dust
- ✔️ Apply a drop of neutral soap (pH-neutral) to each lens
- ✔️ Rub gently with your fingers, without pressing
- ✔️ Rinse thoroughly
- ✔️ Dry with a clean microfibre cloth
Did you know? Rubbing a dusty lens when dry is the main cause of micro-scratches. Lukewarm water removes 90% of abrasive particles before any contact.

Protecting your glasses day to day
- Always store them in a closed case when you are not wearing them
- Remove them with both hands to preserve the alignment of the temples
- Avoid leaving them in a car in full sun (extreme heat)
- Never rest them on top of your head — it warps the temples
What to do if there's a problem?
- Loose temples: drop by the shop, it's a free adjustment
- Damaged nose pads: quick replacement at the optician
